All CJCC Members, it's time for our 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)! AGM is open to all registered 2020-2021 CJCC members and their parents in good standing.

The AGM will require minimum 10 members (current board members not counted) to form the quorum. Every member in good standing is encouraged to attend to review CJCC activities of the past season, review the financial report, and elect new executives of the board. Parents of the members are also eligible to vote. The voting will be executed using Zoom polling function.  Each Zoom account attending the AGM will only count one vote. Other members in a family may use a different account to attend the AGM if they are willing to cast their own vote.
