All CJCC Members, it's time for our Annual General Meeting (AGM)! As Alberta and Calgary are still in the 1st stage of re-opening, we will hold our AGM online.

Time:  June 14th 2020, 1:00 – 2:15pm

Location: Zoom link https://zoom.us/j/5261801014, or Meeting ID  526-180-1014. Password: will be sent to your email registed with membership. If you don't receive the password by June 9th please send an email to yaowang1980@yahoo.com.

The AGM will require minimum 10 members (current board members not counted) to form the quorum. Every member in good standing is encouraged to attend to review CJCC activities of the past season, review the financial report, and elect new executives of the board. "Member in good standing", as per CJCC by-law, is who has participated CJCC's events (online or offline) at least two months before June 14th. Parents of the members in good standing are also eligible to vote. The voting will be executed using Zoom polling function.  Each Zoom account attending the AGM will only count one vote. Other members in a family may use a different account to attend the AGM if they are willing to cast their own vote.
